PARTIT LIBERAL D'ANDORRA
Party Leader: Cristina Rico
The party was established as the Liberal Union (Unió Liberal) in 1992 by Marc Forné Molné, the third prime minister of Andorra. The year after its founding it received 22% of the vote, gaining five seats in the General Council, making it the second largest party. In 2011 they became Liberales de Andorra.

Party Leader: Judith Pallares
Action for Andorra (Acció per Andorra) was founded in September 2022 by Judith Pallarés, former Minister of Social Affairs and Youth of Andorra. The party identifies itself as a social-liberal party and pro-EU. Its principles include the defence of individual freedom, the general interest and shared social values. According to the party’s manifesto the main priorities include: to defend human rights and promote gender equality, ensuring sustainable economic growth and fair trade; and defend freedom of information and expression as well as the right to privacy.
Acció per Andorra currently retains one seat in the Andorran parliament and also has representatives at local level. Its current leader, Judith Pallarés, was Minister of Civil Service and Reform of the Administration in Andorra from 2019 to 2023.
