CENTAR
Party Leader: Ivica Puljak
Originally found in 2013 as a citizens’ initiative called Za pametne ljude i pametan grad (“For smart people and a smart city”) ahead of the local elections in Split, two years later it transformed into the political party Pametno ("Intelligently") and participated in their first parliamentary elections in 2015. The party gained its first seat in the Croatian parliament at the Sabor elections of 2020, and in November 2020 joined forces with Dalija Orešković's Party with a First and Last Name to form a single party called Centar.
GRAĐANSKO-LIBERALNI SAVEZ
Party Leader: Anka Mrak-Taritaš
Two core values guide GLAS' (Civic Liberal Alliance) political activity: individual freedom and green development. The party stands for an open, tolerant and secular society and state; the measure of any policy is personal freedom and equal rights and opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background and personal choices.
GLAS is also a green party: environmental protection and the fight against climate change is not just a necessity, it is also a chance to build a successful economy and development on entirely new foundations. They call for an economy that is capable of securing wellbeing and affluence for people across Europe, without jeopardising the future of generations to come.

Croatian’s People Party – Liberal Democrats (HNS), founded in 1990, is a liberal political party in Croatia. HNS advocates for a modern and civil state of equal and satisfied citizens. Their driving vision is the modernization, expansion of individual and national rights and a peaceful transformation of the society.

HSLS, as the oldest Croatian political party, combines the energy of new members, fresh ideas and experience. It brings successful policies and proven results to the table - liberal values of transparency, freedom and justice in the focus of Croatian national politics.
ISTARSKI DEMOKRATSKI SABOR

The Istrian Democratic Assembly (IDS), founded in 1990, is a political party based on the tradition of European parliamentary democracies and the need for equal inclusion of the citizens of Istria and Istrian islands in current and future economic, spiritual and political developments in this region and in Croatia. IDS advocates for the decentralization of Croatia and aims to develop all the characteristics and wealth of Istria and the Istrian islands as a regional entity shaped by a distinctive ethnic, economic, and cultural wealth. Currently, IDS is the largest regionalist party in Croatia.
FOKUS
Party Leader: Davor Nađi
Fokus was founded by independent politicians and entrepreneurs from the Zagreb County area in March 2020 ahead of the national elections held the following in June. Fokus identifies itself as a “centre-liberal party, not right, not left" and has three members of the Croatian Parliament, as well as six mayors (four cities and two municipalities), 50 seats in local and regional assemblies, and several positions of leadership in city and municipality councils.
